I sought out Virtue Fitness to help me achieve my fitness goal and improve my physical fitness scores for the Navy. When I started out, I could only do 44 sit-ups and 25 push-ups in 2 minutes. After two and a half months of following my personalized fitness plan, I passed my PRT with an overall score of excellent and in the 2 minutes, I increased my sit-ups by 31 and my push-ups by 20! My personalized plans were easy to follow and effective from the get-go. Whenever I had a question regarding an exercise, Virtue Fitness was quick to respond with an explanation or video resources showing me what I needed to do. I am beyond thrilled to have found Josh! I am a 50 year old woman who is 20 pounds (30 pounds if I am being honest) overweight! I needed someone who would guide me, push me hard, help me stay focused and keep me disciplined (because I have none of that at all). I found all of these qualities in Josh! I have had personal trainers in the past, but once they had my money, they didn't really care if I showed up or not. Josh stays in daily contact with me, even on our off days (we work out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). He genuinely seems to care about what I want to achieve and seems excited about that prospect.
