We are super excited to offer a new set of Programs specifically geared towards your Nutrition. We are especially happy to present our online nutritional programming. It allows us to reach more clientstherefore making us have a healthier and happier community.

       It is no secret that without a smart nutrition program, it will be very difficult to reach your fitness goals. In the 5 years that I have been coaching, it is the one thing that I have seen overlooked time and time again. One of the reasons that this happens is because there isn’t the level of accountability on the nutrition side when compared to the fitness side. During a 60-minute Workout, there isn’t anywhere to hide, the accountability is there whether you want it or not. However, once you get home, there isn’t anyone looking over your shoulder at what you are putting on your plate and how many times your refilling it.

We believe that exercise is only part of the equation in achieving your health and fitness goals. The food you put into your body will directly impact your success, and everyone has their individual needs. We don’t prescribe to fad diets, but we do recognize that there are many tools available for those looking to improve their health and wellness. While our general nutritional advice is straight forward, we recognize that putting it into practice can be difficult.

The power of a good coach cannot be denied. The right coaches can take sports teams to championships, businesses to greater profit, and individuals to peak performance.

The Nutrition Coaching Program uses a variety of methods to help its members:

  • Establish and take action towards achieving nutrition based goals
  • Modifying behaviors in order to achieve those goals
  • Become self-reliant and gain confidence
  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments

Our Nutrition Coaching Program is 3 series of 4 week modules that wil teach you how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat. Participants will start the program by taking some initial measurements and their “before” photos. If you are doing the online program have no fear you still have complete access to us at Virtue fitness all day and night. We will answer all questions via our email for online clients.
